This page explains, in parent-friendly language, what data is used in StoryChess and how we protect children’s experience.

1. Who operates the platform

The StoryChess platform is operated for the StoryChess / nikki.ro project. For data or privacy requests, use the dedicated form or the support contact shown on the site.

2. Parent account data

• name or display name;
• email address for account creation, verification and password reset;
• administrative messages: account verification, notifications, access or collaboration requests;
• technical data required for authentication and security.

3. Child profile data

The child profile is primarily built around nickname and avatar. The platform tracks educational progress: completed lessons, stars, points, rewards, puzzles and diplomas.

4. Why we use this data

• to provide parent/child access;
• to save progress and rewards;
• for parent reports;
• for safety, support and prevention of unauthorized access.

5. Deletion and data requests

The parent may request review, export or deletion of data associated with the account and child profiles.

Important note: This page is an operational launch baseline. For full commercial launch, legal review adapted to the operator, taxation and operating country is recommended.
